Mutichannel News is even for an European a great source of information which I would recommend for any person working into the broadcast/tv/etc business. Good selection of topics, well written and with and the technical column was always a pleasure to read, even for a marketer like me.

This magazine gives you direct insight into the acitivies from MSO's in the US. A wide variety of news, including some technical news. If you want to know what will come to Europe, read this. Expensive but if you are into the TV business worth your money.
